Oliver graduated Second Honors from Ateneo De Manila University School of Law. He earned his Bachelor of Arts in Social Sciences degree from the University of the Philippines Manila, graduating cum laude. He was Associate Editor of The Palladium, official student publication of Ateneo Law, and is a member of the International Honor Society of Phi Kappa Phi. Oliver is a seasoned tax adviser and advocate, having extensive experience in tax audit, tax refund, tax litigation, transaction tax and structuring, tax rulings, tax treaty availments, tax planning and compliance and estate planning. He also serves as an Independent Director of a top financing company and as Corporate Secretary and Director for various clients of ACAPF Law.
