Meara earned her Bachelor of Arts in Sociology, magna cum laude, from the University of the Philippines Diliman, and her Juris Doctor with a track in International Law and Development from Ateneo Law School. During her legal studies, she interned at the Ateneo Human Rights Center and Tanggapan Panligal ng Katutubong Pilipino (PANLIPI), where she focused on human rights and indigenous peoples’ advocacy.

Prior to joining ACAPF Law Offices, Meara gained valuable experience in litigation, civil, and corporate practice through internships at established law firms. At ACAPF, she handles a diverse portfolio of civil, criminal, administrative, corporate, tax compliance, and labor matters, bringing a client-centered and strategic approach to every engagement.
