Ryan obtained her Bachelors degree from the University of the East College of Law in 2000. As a law student, she worked as a legal researcher in the Cacho Law Office. She worked with the Public Attorney’s Office where she represented indigent clients in various courts and administrative agencies. She worked as Attorney V in the Legal Services Group of the GSIS for fifteen years. Her practice areas include corporate law, civil, criminal, labor and administrative/disciplinary litigation.
