Carlo obtained his Juris Doctor degree from the University of the Philippines College of Law. While in law school, he worked as an intern at the UP Law Office of Legal Aid. His practice areas include civil and criminal litigation, labor, taxation, regulatory compliance, corporate housekeeping, land title management and corporate special projects.
