Aimee earned her Bachelor of Arts degree major in Political Science from the University of Negros Occidental – Recoletos and her Law Degree from the same university where she graduated top of her class. She has been in the practice of law for almost 20 years. During her undergraduate years, she was an active student leader and was elected as the Supreme Student Council President. Aimee was also involved in the student publication and was a National Awardee for student journalism among other regional awards in news and feature writing. Aimee served as the City Legal Officer of the City Government of Silay for 9 years and has extensive experience in local governance and local government taxation. She is currently a private practicing lawyer and is serving as counsel for Negros-based family corporations handling mostly land and estate concerns.
