Ivy obtained her Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from University of Baguio, graduating with Honors. She obtained her Bachelor of Laws Degree from the same university, graduating as an Academic Scholar. After her law studies, she worked as legal researcher for a legal process outsourcing company, where she honed her analytical skills in comparing local and foreign jurisprudence. Thereafter, she served briefly as one of the legal counsels of the Commissions on Elections where she was able to develop an in depth knowledge of political law. She started as an associate lawyer in the Firm, then known as Aranas Law Offices. Here, she immersed herself in criminal, civil, tax, and commercial laws, thereby gaining expertise in these fields. Ivy was admitted as Partner in 2018. Aside from her main practice, Ivy also serves as Director and Officer of various corporate clients of ACAPF Law.
