Jeff earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in Humanities with a Professional Certificate in Political Economy from the University Asia and the Pacific and his Law Degree from Centro Escolar University- Makati, where he was the chair of the editorial board of the law journal. Prior to taking up law, Jeff worked in a Ship Management Company as a Quality Management Representative and then as an Office Administrator for a Maritime Training Center. After passing the bar, he joined Aranas Law Offices, now ACAPF Law, as an Associate. He is currently serving as an Independent Director of a Publicly Listed Corporation and as Director for various corporate clients of ACAPF Law. He also has extensive experience in handling tax assessments and tax litigation before the Court of Tax Appeals.
